2021 Wellbeing Series | Strategies to Support Infection Preventionists and Patient Resilience: Starting on a Positive Note

Wednesday, September 22 at 2 pm ET.

Dr. Jonathan DePierro, Clinical and Research Director of Mount Sinai’s Center for Stress Resilience and Personal Growth will discuss several evidence-based strategies for connecting to positive emotions, a sense of meaning and purpose, and building support during difficult times. The importance of each of these factors in supporting resilience will be supported by research done following prior large-scale traumas and during the current pandemic, including with health care workers.
