In this session we will discuss the growing field of infection prevention and provide an outlook on the benefits of training, certification, and professional development. Additionally, we will offer strategies to sustain impactful IP teams and create employee satisfaction through understanding the benefits of generational psychology. As we forecast the future of our field, a career ladder that encompasses opportunities for leadership and advancement is key to driving excellence among IPs. Learnings from this presentation will inspire IPs and leaders to adapt and evolve in their roles while fostering a thriving and satisfying lifelong profession.
