Infection Preventionists have several different academic backgrounds thus a standardized approach to teaching foundational skills is necessary. Access to IP resources, engaged collaborative disciplines, innovative instruction time, and return demonstration are effective strategies to ensure your new IP gains the needed skills and is set up for success. This webinar will walk you through the onboarding process developed to support the learning needs of their team.
