From room cleaning to ultra-violet disinfection, the IP/EVS team have constant communication with main quality efforts around ultra-violet disinfection, room marking observations, water management assistance, COVID response, and just in time training.
The participant will be able to describe specific targeted interventions for environmental and infection prevention related concerns.
The participant will be able to describe the importance of trust and rapport building with all stakeholders.
The participant will be able to identify strategies in setting performance metrics and competency expansion.
