Leadership Series: Employing Leadership and Team-Building Skills to Improve Outcomes

Participants will learn concrete methods and skills for structuring teams and facilitating the use of tools to enhance team cohesion, efficiency, and outcomes. Furthermore, this interactive learning session offers participants an overview of differing leaderships models and how they may be leveraged to achieve infection prevention program goals, such as reducing device-associated HAIs. The information shared in this session is applicable to infection preventionists working in any healthcare setting or population.
