2021 Wellbeing Series | Reclaim Your Wellbeing
Wednesday, October 13 at 2 pm ET.
When we’re “always on” it can be hard to slow down and care for ourselves and even harder to know what self-care activities would help the most. In this webinar, you’ll learn a 5-step approach to identify your needs, unplug and relax. You’ll walk away with a toolkit of simple strategies to improve your mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing.
Presenter: Kyra Cavanaugh, President and Founder, 15Be
Kyra is the President of 15Be, a learning experiences company she started in 2018 after selling her former business, Life Meets Work. At 15Be, she leverages her experience of training thousands of managers, the latest science research, and global traditions to spark courageous leaders who value wellbeing as much as performance. She does this through corporate wellbeing, hybrid work, and resilience training, personal retreats, and her new WELLTEAM Leadership™ certification course.
For 11 years, as president of Life Meets Work, Kyra helped hundreds of companies think differently about how work gets done. She specialized in helping organizations improve performance through remote work, workplace flexibility, collaborative scheduling, and other new ways of working.
She is a certified Associate Instructor of Qigong Flow and trained as a Tao Healing and Meditation Guide. She teaches live, virtual Moving Meditation classes and has over 120 hours of teaching experience.
She’s a nationally recognized speaker, blogger and commentator on workforce and wellbeing issues.
